Diving Blue Grotto - Malta 2004

The Blue Grotto or Wied iz-zurrieq, is a small bay where small boats take tourists in and out. It can get quite busy on the pier with swimmers and tourists. Entry for diving is a giant stride off the pier, and then across the bay to a wall of around 30m. There's an abundance of marine life including many species of wrasse, John Dory, scorpion fish, cuttlefish, and the occasional sea horse.
