  The first stage in tuning any bike is to ensure that the standard machine is set up correctly - valve timing, carb settings, plugs, etc.

The next areas that I looked at were the exhaust, carburation and gearing. Termignoni cans provide a louder but more effcient exhaust. Stage 2 K&N air filter and Dynojet kit provide a radical change to the air intake and carburation giving an average 8% power increase.

Gearing can be altered by increasing (improved acceleration) or decreasing (improved top speed) the number of teeth on the front or rear sprocket. A Renthal 39 tooth rear sproket can be fitted without altering the standard chain length.
